I called to see if I could have gotten better help but they didn’t offer anyway to help and it was a lost on my part. I asked to speak with a supervisor if we can work something out but I didn’t receive no response. However, another automated message was sent saying that they couldn’t help me since it was after the three days. I asked if I can can at least get a credit and return the items that I can no longer sell. I notified them as soon as I noticed and asked if I can even claim Scratches on the Gems, they had sent an automated message saying to complete a refund on the site but this was after the date to claim a refund. But once I noticed the scratches on one of the bracelets that I was going to display I had checked the others and they were pretty much all scratched up. I did check the jewelry about four days after receiving the delivery on April 07, 2022, However, it is difficult to see that the iridescent gems where scratched from inside of the package. Paparazzi does have a policy that they can refund us if we claim the damages in three days time. I had purchased three iridescent silver bracelets on April 01, 2022.
